Two things are metered.
Metered: connected users and AI queries. Never metered: Goals, Commitments, evaluations, live connectors, webhooks, sync, and indexing.
A connected user is a person whose email, chat, calendar, or meetings Attrove reads. An AI query is one question over that stream through the API, SDK, or MCP. Watching an outcome costs nothing extra.

What counts as an AI query?
One question over the communication stream through the API, SDK, or MCP. Goal and Commitment evaluations, webhook events, sync, and indexing do not count.
Do you charge per Goal, Commitment, connector, or webhook?
No. Goals, Commitments, connectors, sync, indexing, and webhook delivery are included on every plan. Only connected users, AI queries, and workspace seats are metered.
What happens if I exceed the included usage?
The free plan stops at 10 connected users and 1,000 AI queries a month, and nothing is billed. Growth bills $5 per extra user and $0.01 per extra query up to 50 users and 10,000 queries. Scale bills $3 per extra user and $0.008 per extra query up to 200 users and 100,000 queries. Extra workspace seats are $1 each on Growth and Scale.
Can we get help setting up a workflow?
Yes. Describe the miss on the Workflows page and a person replies. Hands-on setup is scoped separately from the self-serve plans.
Does Attrove send messages on my behalf?
No. Attrove reads, analyzes, and watches. It suggests the next move with proof attached; a person decides what to send. Live connector permissions are read-scoped today.
Is my data secure?
SOC 2 Type I. Connectors use scoped OAuth with no password capture, every answer ties back to a source record, and you can revoke any connected source from Attrove or your identity provider.
