A live lead should not wait in an inbox.

This production reference watches an admissions inbox and texts an owner when a genuine inquiry needs attention, with source evidence attached. It is set up and tuned together with the team.

Sample lead SMS

New inbound lead · acme.com
From Jordan T., VP Eng
“Saw your demo at MCP Summit. Can we get a quick call this week?”

Production context

  • Live in production: Lead alerts running 24/7 for a healthcare customer.
  • Built for connected comms: Email, chat, calendar, meetings.
  • Cited evidence: Goals watch outcomes with sources attached.
  • Security: SOC 2 Type I.

Reference implementation

Five deliberate steps. Built around the team.

This is a reference workflow, not a one-click template. We map the source, signal, owner, and review path with each team.

Watch the Lead Response walkthrough

  1. Connect the lead source

Use Gmail, Outlook, or pushed lead context. The reference workflow watches a defined source where inquiries arrive.

  2. Define a genuine inquiry

Show us what a real lead looks like: source, sender, language, and the cases that should stay quiet.

  3. Name the owner

Choose who should review the signal and where the evidence should land. Any backup route is configured and tested explicitly.

  4. Receive the evidence

When the response window passes, the owner receives the sender, company, evidence line, and source thread.

  5. Reply as a person

The owner opens the source thread and decides what to send. Attrove does not send or write to a CRM on their behalf.

The SMS comes with the line that matters.

The alert includes the sender, their company, and the sentence that flagged the inquiry. The owner opens the source thread and decides what to send.

Questions

The honest version.

What counts as “a lead”?
The pattern is defined with you. We can begin with a known source, outside senders, contact-form mail, or specific inquiry language, then tune against real examples during the pilot.
How fast is the SMS?
The workflow evaluates against a response window you choose. Delivery depends on source freshness and the configured route, so observed timing is verified during the pilot before anyone relies on it.
Does Attrove reply on my behalf?
No. Lead Response surfaces the lead and suggests a next move. A person replies. Nothing gets sent without your review.
What if I miss the SMS?
The primary owner and any backup route are defined during implementation. A route is not treated as live until it has been configured and tested with the team.
Can it write to my CRM?
Not in the current reference implementation. Attrove links back to the source thread and keeps the action with a person. CRM context can be pushed into Attrove; any writeback would be a separately scoped integration.
What about privacy?
Live connectors use scoped OAuth and are read-scoped today. Access stays within the connected user and sources they authorize. Scoped notes and events can also be pushed without OAuth. SOC 2 Type I.
Can I turn this on myself?
Not as a one-click template. The underlying product is live, but this operator workflow is set up with us so the source, signal, owner, route, and human review are grounded in the way your team works.
